About the Role

Reporting to an experienced sales leader, the Account Partner will own a portfolio of property developer accounts and several smaller growing accounts. The focus is on driving revenue growth, encouraging new product adoption and building brand loyalty to embed Domain as a strategic partner. You will work independently within a high‑performing team, shaping the territory with your own ideas and advancing your long‑term career. You will deepen relationships with key clients, sell media and advertising solutions across Domain’s product suite, and manage the entire sales cycle—from initial meetings and demos to contract execution and performance reporting. Responsibilities also include presenting insights to stakeholders, devising account‑growth strategies, coordinating with internal teams, pursuing new‑business opportunities, and providing world‑class customer service while feeding market feedback to the business. • Drive revenue growth and brand loyalty for Brisbane and Gold Coast property developer clients through digital media sales. • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect meetings to contract execution and performance reporting. • Present Domain insights and craft custom media solutions to meet client needs. • Develop and implement account growth initiatives and pursue new business development. • Maintain strong client relationships and provide world‑class customer service. • Provide market feedback on competition and emerging opportunities.

What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and a proven track record in B2B consultative selling and account management, especially in long‑cycle sales environments. Candidates should be adept at crafting custom solutions, negotiating, presenting data‑driven insights and storytelling, and be comfortable with public speaking. A reliable vehicle for client visits across the region is essential. Nice‑to‑have experience includes sales within real‑estate, media, advertising or software, face‑to‑face selling and proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. • Proven B2B consultative selling and account management experience. • Ability to navigate long sales cycles and negotiate win‑win outcomes. • Strong presentation, storytelling and ROI communication skills. • Comfortable with data and real‑estate insights. • Reliable vehicle for client visits across Brisbane and the Gold Coast (car allowance provided). • Sales experience in real estate, media, advertising or software (nice‑to‑have). • Face‑to‑face sales expertise (nice‑to‑have). • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM (nice‑to‑have).
