About the Role
The Community Manager serves as the senior on‑site sales leader and decision‑maker for an assigned community, reporting to the Sales Manager. In this role you will lead the sales centre team, collaborate closely with Construction, Estimating, Design, Marketing, and senior leadership, and act as a brand ambassador that sets the standard for professionalism, accountability, and customer focus. Key responsibilities include owning and executing the community sales strategy to achieve revenue, absorption, and conversion targets, driving daily sales performance through disciplined, data‑informed decision making, and actively prospecting and cultivating referral relationships. You will analyze market and competitor activity, maintain strong traffic‑to‑offer and offer‑to‑sale conversion rates, ensure accurate and timely sales contracts, champion a customer‑first mindset, resolve concerns throughout the sales and post‑possession phases, and serve as the primary liaison with Construction to support smooth home delivery. Additionally, you will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team, set clear performance expectations, and partner with Marketing on community‑specific campaigns and lead generation. • Execute community sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue, absorption, and conversion goals. • Drive daily sales performance using disciplined, data‑informed decision‑making and personal leadership. • Prospect, network, and cultivate referral relationships to generate new business opportunities. • Analyze market conditions and competitor activity to ensure competitive product positioning. • Maintain strong traffic‑to‑offer and offer‑to‑sale conversion performance. • Ensure all sales contracts, documentation, and approvals are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. • Champion a customer‑first mindset and manage the end‑to‑end customer journey. • Resolve customer concerns during sales and post‑possession, escalating when necessary. • Serve as primary liaison with Construction to support accurate communication and timely home delivery. • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team. • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance and development conversations. • Partner with Marketing on community‑specific campaigns, lead generation, and website accuracy.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of new‑home sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets, and demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of two to five employees. A strong customer‑centric mindset, confident decision‑making, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and preferred systems such as Salesforce, BuildPro, or Newstar are required. A post‑secondary diploma or degree in Business or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered. • Minimum 5 years of new‑home sales experience with a strong performance track record. • Leadership experience managing 2–5 employees and consistently meeting sales targets. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, BuildPro, or Newstar is an asset.
