What You Bring
• Adhere to the Troubadour standard of service, respect, and care • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree • Ability to work up to 20 hours per week • Must be in junior or senior year of studies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work alone and in a team‑focused environment • Proficiency in MS Office programs • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred • Able to work shifts longer than eight hours • Hands‑on application of finance principles in a fast‑paced environment
