What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced plumber with additional trade skills to join our team and deliver first‑class service to properties across Islington and surrounding areas. As a Multi‑Trade Operative you will carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, covering both specialist and secondary trades. Work must be completed efficiently and within required deadlines. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer‑focused and capable of providing high‑quality workmanship across multiple trades. You must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use, and you will be subject to a basic criminal record check. Eligibility to work in the UK and residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment are required. • Utilise plumbing expertise alongside additional trade skills to deliver first‑class service. • Hold a valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided. • Pass a basic criminal record check and be eligible to work in the UK.

Benefits
The role offers a salary of £36,000 to £41,000 plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London allowance, a van, tools, a company bonus scheme and regular overtime. It is based in Islington, working 40 hours per week on a permanent contract. Beyond the base salary, benefits include the London weighting allowance, provision of a van and tools, access to a company bonus scheme and the opportunity for regular overtime.
