About the Role

As the Property Manager you will manage all aspects of property operations, including financial performance, leasing, resident satisfaction, maintenance, and personnel management. You will lead your team to meet company goals, oversee day‑to‑day activities, and ensure a well‑maintained, thriving community for residents. • Hire, train, and supervise on‑site staff, schedule shifts, and lead daily meetings. • Meet financial targets by increasing revenue, controlling expenses, preparing budget reports, and overseeing collections. • Maintain ≥95% occupancy by managing leasing, renewals, timely move‑ins, and accurate lease documentation. • Oversee maintenance operations, work orders, preventative tasks, and ensure vacant units are market‑ready. • Supervise outside contractors and manage capital improvement projects. • Develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct market surveys, and gather competitive intelligence. • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and safety guidelines.
