About the Role

• Supervise on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. • Coordinate between contractors, site supervisors, and project engineers to resolve issues and align objectives. • Enforce safety and environmental regulations; conduct regular inspections and initiate corrective actions. • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and incidents. • Identify and resolve engineering challenges associated with excavation and tunneling operations.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and has prior construction experience with strong knowledge of methods, quality control, and safety regulations. Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities are essential, and willingness to work night shifts is required. Preferred qualifications include ten or more years of heavy civil large‑shaft and excavation experience, tunneling background, and a Professional Engineer license or related certifications. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • Experience with construction methods, quality control, and safety regulations in fast‑paced environments. • Strong problem‑solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities; willingness to work night shifts. • Ten+ years of heavy civil large‑shaft and excavation experience; tunneling experience preferred. • Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications are a plus.
