About the Role
The position serves as JLL’s point of contact for all operational requirements for Netflix India, including hard/technical services, soft services, and hospitality. You will manage a facilities and hospitality team in Mumbai and Hyderabad, with light‑touch oversight of New Delhi. The role focuses on inspiring the team, driving high‑impact initiatives, and delivering an exceptional workplace experience that aligns with Netflix’s culture. • Lead and inspire a diverse, cross‑functional facilities and hospitality team in Mumbai and Hyderabad. • Serve as primary liaison for Netflix India’s operational requirements, covering hard/technical services, soft services, and hospitality. • Communicate maintenance updates, project timelines, and service outages to employees and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with Hospitality Lead, F&B Lead, and other service teams to deliver seamless workplace experiences. • Drive continuous improvement and champion change aligned with Netflix’s culture and business objectives. • Apply entertainment‑industry expertise to act as a trusted advisor to Netflix. • Craft compelling narratives to influence leaders, vendors, and partners. • Ensure exceptional hospitality standards across the workplace. • On‑site role based in Mumbai, 48 hours per week, with light‑touch oversight of New Delhi.
