About the Role
• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City standards and procedures. • Apply finish work as needed for each application. • Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. • Complete a job checklist with the homeowner upon completion. • Treat each homeowner and their property with utmost respect.

What You Bring
The role requires individuals with basic remodeling or general construction experience who are reliable and can deliver high‑quality service. • Minimum 6 months remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience; window installation preferred. • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. • Strong communication and customer‑service skills. • Ability to meet quality work standards and be at least 21 years old.
