About the Role

Key duties include coordinating and allocating repair and maintenance jobs across one or more trades, providing guidance on best practice, and monitoring work to meet defined objectives and standards. The leader must ensure adherence to all health and safety requirements and Clarion policies. • Supervise and monitor trade operatives to achieve defined objectives and standards. • Coordinate and allocate repair and maintenance jobs across specific trades within set timeframes. • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and Clarion procedures. • Provide guidance on best practice and procedural adherence. • Lead high‑performing front‑line operational teams.

The role is based in the Essex & East Hertfordshire region with a salary range of £33,592‑£46,189 per annum nationally (£36,468‑£50,145 in London).
