About the Role
The Construction Manager – Industrial will manage and oversee industrial construction projects—from initiation through completion—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while maintaining safety compliance and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include executing project plans for facilities such as manufacturing plants and warehouses, leading cross‑functional teams, enforcing OSHA safety protocols, managing quality control processes, monitoring budgets and change orders, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage industrial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality compliance. • Lead cross‑functional teams, conduct regular meetings, and mentor junior staff. • Enforce OSHA safety protocols, hold safety meetings, and perform site inspections. • Oversee quality control, coordinate regulatory inspections, and ensure code compliance. • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, approve change orders and subcontractor invoices. • Act as primary client liaison, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, have 7‑10 years of construction experience (including at least 5 years on industrial projects), and be proficient with construction management software like Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project. Required certifications include an OSHA 30‑hour credential and a valid driver’s license; PMP, CCM, or similar certifications are preferred. The role requires frequent travel to on‑site locations in industrial environments, standard business hours with occasional evenings and weekends during critical phases, and is based in Kolkata, West Bengal with a scheduled 48‑hour work week. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field with 7‑10 years experience. • Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project; understand mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. • Possess OSHA 30‑hour certification; PMP or CCM preferred; valid driver’s license required. • Experience with design‑build, fast‑track delivery, and LEED sustainable practices preferred. • Frequent travel to industrial sites; work in manufacturing plants and outdoor settings; occasional evenings/weekends.
