About the Role
Drivers safely operate heavy‑duty trucks on transfer routes while adhering to WM, OSHA, DOT, and local regulations. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and complete DVIR reports. • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or service interruptions immediately to Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Attend all required training programs, briefings, and meetings. • Work with Operations Manager to improve route efficiency and share best practices. • Dump receptacles cleanly, ensuring customer locations are free of debris. • Follow assigned routes, complete end‑of‑day documentation, and assist other drivers as needed.

What You Bring
Applicants must have at least one year of CDL or equivalent military driving experience within the last seven years, be 18 or older, legally authorized to work, and hold a Class A or Class B CDL with an air‑brake endorsement; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. The role requires physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, talking and hearing, with reasonable accommodations available.
