About the Role
• Diagnose, repair, install, replace, and upgrade HVAC systems and components • Perform routine preventative maintenance services • Provide accurate repair estimates and explain solutions to customers • Educate customers about maintenance, performance, and repair needs • Ensure all work complies with HVAC codes, safety standards, and company policies • Mentor and support junior technicians as needed

What You Bring
• Communicate professionally with clients and teammates • Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience • EPA certification or willingness to obtain immediately • Ability to lift up to 100 lb and work in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and outdoor environments • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong problem‑solving abilities with a team‑player attitude • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Pass pre‑employment background check and drug screening
