About the Role
The role involves conducting a variety of building inspections, reviewing design plans, preparing daily reports, marketing services to clients, and adhering to ECS safety procedures. • Perform third‑party electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, plumbing, and fire‑safety building inspections • Inspect foundations, concrete slabs, framing, roofing, and related construction activity • Review plans, determine needed revisions, and recommend changes to contractors, engineers, or architects • Prepare and submit daily time and inspection/field reports per ECS policy • Market services by maintaining client interactions and participating in business development and marketing functions related to construction inspections • Follow ECS safety procedures and policies

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, have at least two years of code‑compliance inspection experience, possess required NCP CCI certifications, demonstrate extensive knowledge of building codes, and hold a valid driver’s license if required for company vehicles. • High school diploma or GED required • Minimum 2 years of experience in code‑compliance inspection of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems • NCP CCI commercial certification in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing required • Certifications required for all types of testing performed • Additional licenses or certifications may be required depending on the state of work • Extensive knowledge of state and local building code regulations, policies, and procedures • Valid driver’s license required if driving for any ECS subsidiary
