About the Role

• Learn and actively participate in safety and quality plans, mentoring others to maintain an injury‑free environment. • Participate in project QA/QC planning to ensure quality for assigned tasks. • Assist with estimating and change management, including quantity take‑off and subcontractor proposal review. • Support on‑site tasks such as monitoring crew size, self‑perform hours, materials, quantities, and equipment. • Engage in punch lists, city inspections, safety and quality reviews, and prepare required documentation. • Post up‑to‑date drawings and specifications. • Organize and attend project meetings, preparing and distributing necessary documentation. • Prepare various reports (daily, weekly, progress, manpower, production schedules, equipment tracking) to support the project. • Conduct periodic job‑site observations with project leadership. • Create procurement logs, track shop drawings, and follow up on deliveries as directed. • Provide progress updates to support the scheduling process. • Support project close‑out, including punch list completion, O&M manuals, and as‑built drawings. • Utilize company best‑practice standards and fundamentals for building and construction techniques. • Develop understanding of various company functions and how they contribute to project success. • Collaborate and demonstrate teamwork in the project setting. • Incorporate Lean practices into regular activities. • Learn best practices for identifying, developing, and integrating self‑perform opportunities into projects.
