About the Role
The role leads, coaches, and coordinates daily maintenance activities for mobile equipment across multiple sites, develops and executes preventive maintenance plans to maximize reliability and uptime, and troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues to ensure safe, efficient operations. Key responsibilities include partnering with site leadership, safety, and procurement teams to meet fleet and operational needs, as well as maintaining accurate maintenance records, inventory levels, and compliance documentation. • Lead and coach daily maintenance activities for mobile equipment across multiple Southeast aggregate sites. • Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment reliability and uptime. • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on heavy mobile equipment. • Coordinate with site leadership, safety, and procurement to meet fleet and operational needs. • Maintain accurate maintenance records, inventory levels, and compliance documentation. • Manage maintenance priorities across multiple sites in a fast‑paced environment. • Provide leadership with a focus on safety, team development, and continuous improvement. • Communicate effectively with regional operations and external partners.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary of $77,180 to $102,900 plus participation in an annual incentive plan, a 401(k) with company contributions and matching, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, disability and life insurance coverage, paid bonding leave, 15 days of vacation, 40 hours of sick leave, and 10 paid holidays. • Offer a competitive salary range of $77,180–$102,900 plus an annual incentive plan. • Provide 401(k) with company contributions and matching, plus comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits. • Include health savings, reimbursement, and flexible spending accounts, as well as disability and life insurance coverage. • Grant paid bonding leave, 15 days vacation, 40 hours sick leave, and 10 paid holidays.
