About the Role

This quota‑carrying, strategic sales role will expand orders and revenue for the EcoStruxure IT line, partnering with customers, partners, and internal technical teams to deliver high‑value data centre offerings across the Pacific zone. • Drive orders and revenue growth for EcoStruxure IT software solutions across the Pacific region. • Engage customers as a trusted advisor on data centre power, cooling and DCIM solutions. • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and deal ownership. • Shape and co‑design solutions with internal technical teams and application centres. • Act as a regional thought leader on data centre infrastructure and software trends. • Collaborate across sales, marketing, services and partners to win complex opportunities. • Work on mission‑critical data centre solutions at the intersection of software, power and sustainability. • Partner with experts across sales, engineering and global teams to solve real‑world challenges.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates combine a deep curiosity for data centres with hands‑on knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and thrive in collaborative, problem‑solving environments. Applicants must have working rights in Australia, possess at least four years of relevant experience and a degree or equivalent, and will be considered under an equal‑opportunity policy that values diversity and ethical conduct. • Strong understanding of data centres and their evolving role in today’s digital world. • Exposure to electrical and mechanical infrastructure such as UPS, power systems, HVAC, CRAC/CRAH, and chillers. • Experience in consultative or solution‑based selling, preferably enterprise software or critical infrastructure. • Natural problem‑solver who enjoys working through complex customer challenges. • Collaborative team player with confident communication and presentation skills. • 4+ years of relevant experience; degree or equivalent professional background.
