About the Role
The Senior Manager, Field Operations & Transformation leads Renuity's expansion agenda, overseeing greenfield market entries and new product rollouts while providing strategic oversight and standardization. This role continuously refines playbooks to ensure scalability, operational excellence, and alignment with aggressive growth objectives in a fast‑paced, private‑equity‑backed environment. It requires a hands‑on mindset that balances strategic leadership with tactical execution to accelerate performance. The position demands extensive travel—approximately 75% of each month—to new and developing markets, and works cross‑functionally with POPs, local leaders, product, marketing, sales, and operations teams. Responsibilities include launching sites, hiring initial staff, integrating technology, securing licensing, onboarding vendors, training teams, and establishing supply chains to ensure successful market entry and ramp‑up. • Execute end‑to‑end launch plans for new greenfield market entries, managing timelines, resources, and site build‑out. • Establish infrastructure for new operations, including site selection, facility construction, initial hiring, technology integration, licensing, vendor onboarding, training, and supply‑chain setup. • Oversee pre‑launch, day‑one activation, and 30/60/90‑day ramp‑up to ensure smooth transition from pilot to full operations. • Lead rollout of new products and services across existing divisions and greenfield markets, coordinating development, marketing, sales, and operations. • Prepare divisions for new offerings by training sales and install teams, updating protocols, and ensuring supplier and warehouse readiness. • Track adoption and performance of new products, gather feedback, and iterate rollout strategies. • Develop and maintain Renuity’s Growth Playbook with standard processes, templates, and scalable launch methodologies.

What You Bring
• Own initial P&L performance and ramp‑up trajectory of new locations, meeting predefined financial and operational targets. • Minimum 5+ years of execution‑focused experience in operations, strategy, or project management within a growth‑oriented or private‑equity‑backed environment. • Proven success leading large‑scale implementations, market expansions, or product rollouts. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. • Strong communication, leadership, and influencing abilities to align cross‑functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and deliver measurable results. • Willingness to travel extensively (~75% of the month) to new and developing markets.
