About the Role

The open position supports construction projects by handling a range of materials, managing traffic safety, establishing and maintaining work zones, and ensuring accurate execution of engineering plans. The role also involves regular use and upkeep of hand and power tools required on site. • Handle asphalt, stone, and concrete materials on construction sites. • Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic to maintain safe passage. • Erect and dismantle barriers, signs, and cones to set up safe work zones. • Follow engineering blueprints and diagrams for precise measurements and grading. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment as required. • Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality. • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to deliver high‑quality results. • Perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments under varied weather conditions. • Adhere to all safety standards and protocols consistently. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with automatic company contributions and matching.
