About the Role

Primary duties include supporting sales, creating and maintaining technical sales materials, and delivering training presentations. The engineer also processes engineered‑to‑order requests, conducts market analysis, maintains selection and pricing software, and collaborates on product updates and roadmaps. • Support sales of Airside products and respond to presales inquiries. • Review specifications, design documents, equipment schedules, and application criteria. • Create and maintain technical sales materials such as product data, manuals, bulletins, brochures, guides, and presentations. • Deliver sales and training presentations at offices, customer events, industry gatherings, webinars, and recorded sessions. • Process Engineered to Order (ETO) requests, coordinate across disciplines, and generate pricing. • Conduct competitive and market analysis and gather feedback from sales offices and customers. • Contribute to product updates, new releases, and product roadmap development. • Maintain selection software and pricing systems, implementing corrections and updates.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or related preferred). • Minimum 2 + years experience in commercial HVAC sales, consulting engineering, or product support. • Experience with commercial air handling unit products and HVAC system design. • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, building codes, refrigeration, fans, controls, and psychometrics. • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. • Analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills with data analysis capability. • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and solid business fundamentals. • Effective interpersonal skills including teamwork, active listening, flexibility, and dependability.
