About the Role

Key responsibilities include managing truck inventory counts, generating on‑call schedules, and assisting with customer satisfaction surveys. The incumbent will also generate and track customer orders, create and process subcontractor and vendor purchase orders, coordinate warranty returns, oversee shipment processing, monitor branch and vehicle inventories, and manage HVAC cash collections while providing general administrative support. Tasks are performed using Microsoft Windows tools and company software to track operational metrics and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and subcontractors. The role requires preparing yearly, monthly, and weekly inventory counts, managing employee trunk locations and tool inventories, participating in business review meetings, updating account information in the NxGen system, facilitating warranty claims, and handling Return Merchandise Authorizations and related shipments. • Manage truck inventory and conduct regular cycle counts • Generate on‑call schedules and support customer satisfaction surveys • Create and track customer orders and vendor purchase orders • Coordinate warranty returns and process return material authorizations • Oversee shipment processing and monitor branch/vehicle inventories • Set up new customer accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies • Handle HVAC cash collections accurately and timely • Utilize Microsoft Windows platforms to track operational metrics • Maintain long‑term relationships with customers and subcontractors • Prepare and present inventory data for business reviews • Update account information in NxGen system • Facilitate warranty claim administration • Create and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of service‑industry experience in managing service operations or scheduling. Required skills include strong organizational ability, attention to detail, interpersonal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and data‑management applications, and the capacity to prioritize work based on financial impact.
