About the Role

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing valuation reports for various asset classes, conducting research and gathering data from internal and external sources, and collaborating with senior team members on market research, cash‑flow projections and report preparation. JLL is seeking talented individuals for its Evaluation and Risk Management team in Montreal, reporting directly to local management and working within a global network of more than 1,700 professionals across 44 countries. The role offers opportunities to interact with professionals nationwide and contribute to the firm’s growth plans in Canada and worldwide. Candidates must hold a post‑secondary degree in commerce, economics, business administration, urban economics/planning or geography, have at least two years of full‑time experience in commercial real‑estate, and possess AACI/OEAQ (or ICE/OEAQ) candidacy, with designation considered an asset. Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, knowledge of capital‑market drivers, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication in French and English, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working with minimal supervision are required. Preferred qualifications include experience with real‑estate software such as Argus Enterprise, strong time‑management and organizational skills, the ability to adapt, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, a sense of urgency in responding to stakeholders, detail‑oriented analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively.
