About the Role
The auditor will carry out both planned pre‑inspections and post‑inspections of sites, perform work‑in‑progress and final inspections, raise Business Improvement Forms for any non‑conformances and ensure corrective actions are taken, investigate Zero Harm, Code of Conduct and environmental incidents, and produce monthly inspection and audit reports with trend analysis. • Conduct planned site pre‑inspections and post‑inspections to meet contract KPI requirements. • Perform work‑in‑progress and post inspections to ensure contract targets are met. • Raise Business Improvement Forms (BIFs) for non‑conformances and follow up corrective actions. • Investigate and report on Zero Harm, Code of Conduct, and Environmental incidents. • Prepare and present monthly Inspection & Auditing Reports with trend analysis.

What You Bring
We are seeking a Facilities Auditor for our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team, based in either Kingsgrove or Wollongong. The role reports to the Contract Manager and includes a car allowance; a personal vehicle is required for site auditing and occasional travel between Sydney and Wollongong. Candidates should have prior experience in auditing or compliance, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, solid computer literacy and formal reporting skills, and an understanding of governance, compliance and KPI frameworks. Experience in housing or facilities management is highly desirable, and a strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to quality outcomes are essential. • Previous experience in a similar auditing or compliance role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Sound computer literacy and formal reporting capabilities. • Understanding of governance, compliance, and key performance measures. • Experience in the housing or facilities management sector is highly desirable.
