About the Role
Assist with operation and maintenance of plant equipment, perform general labor tasks such as cleaning and material handling, support production processes by ensuring efficient workflow, conduct routine inspections and report issues, and follow all safety protocols and procedures. • Operate and maintain plant equipment. • Perform cleaning, material handling, and other general labor tasks. • Support production workflows to ensure efficiency. • Conduct routine equipment inspections and report issues. • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. • Apply basic mechanical aptitude to daily tasks. • Commit to safety and environmental standards. • Work safely around moving equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and high noise levels. • Access HSA, HRA, and FSA savings accounts.

What You Bring
Strong work ethic and reliability, ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions, good communication and teamwork skills, basic mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and environmental standards are required. Candidates must pass a pre‑employment physical, drug/alcohol screen and background check; some roles require ongoing FMCSA‑regulated testing. The role involves working around moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and physical stamina in all weather conditions. • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members. • Pass pre‑employment physical, drug/alcohol screening, background check, and (if required) FMCSA drug testing.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $27.00 per hour, with a 401(k) plan that includes automatic company contributions and matching.
