About the Role

The Business Process Training Specialist will develop, deliver and manage training materials, manuals and reference documents for Service Operations users and administrators. The role supports end‑users, sales, and key users of business‑process applications such as Maximo and ERP systems, and includes organizing webinars and on‑site sessions. It is a permanent full‑time position based in Milton, Perth or Heatherbrae, with flexible working options such as condensed weeks and remote work. • Develop, publish, and continuously improve global training for Service Operations systems and business processes. • Create and maintain Service System documentation in line with the current taxonomy. • Manage, support, and promote the Service Operations Super User network. • Organise and host training sessions and webinars with system specialists and local Super Users. • Review and enhance training pedagogy and approach. • Deliver on‑site training for Service Systems, including Maximo, ERP, and related applications. • Develop and manage e‑learning materials. • Provide systems and process training to support Maximo and other system implementation projects.

What You Bring

Candidates should be experienced learning and development professionals, preferably holding a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. They must be comfortable interpreting technical information, delivering virtual or classroom training, and collaborating with stakeholders to maximise system utilisation. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a proactive change‑leadership mindset are essential. • Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred). • Ability to interpret technical information and deliver training to groups virtually or in‑person. • Experience developing and managing training materials and stakeholder engagement. • Familiarity with Maximo or Aurora (advantageous). • Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment and adapt flexibly. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and change‑leadership skills. • Capability to identify customer needs through effective questioning.
