Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - Sauna

About the Role
The manager will consolidate financial impacts from various sites into an integrated view, own monthly forecast updates, support long‑range planning, and deliver variance reporting against forecast, budget, and prior year across products, channels, and regions. They will translate results into insights, highlight risks and opportunities, and build models to improve profitability. Serving as the primary financial business partner, the manager will provide performance perspective and options to achieve objectives, lead forecasting and margin analysis, and oversee P&L segmentation and sales modeling in SAP or Workday Adaptive. They will drive continuous improvement and take project‑like ownership of budget and forecast workstreams to ensure on‑time completion. The role requires creating and maintaining reporting tools in Excel, Workday Adaptive, SmartView, Hyperion, Oracle, or other ERP systems, ranging from simple to complex solutions. By turning data into actionable decisions, the manager will support leaders across functions, run monthly reviews, and harmonize plans, metrics, and cadences across business units to produce a single operating view. • Partner with the Sauna360 General Manager to drive financial performance across global manufacturing operations. • Own monthly forecast updates, long‑range planning, and variance reporting by product, channel, and region. • Build and maintain financial models to improve profitability for U.S. and European sites. • Lead forecasting, margin analysis, P&L segmentation, and SAP/Workday Adaptive sales modeling. • Manage end‑to‑end budget and forecast workstreams, coordinating cross‑functional inputs and mitigating risks. • Design and sustain reporting tools in Excel, Workday Adaptive, SmartView/Hyperion, Oracle, or other ERP systems. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to functional leaders through monthly performance reviews. • Harmonize plans, metrics, and cadences across multiple business units to create a unified operating view.

What You Bring
We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join the Sauna360 team, part of Watkins Wellness. This role will partner with the Sauna360 General Manager to steer the financial rhythm of a global manufacturing business. The position supports multiple locations across the U.S. and Europe and requires occasional travel based on the candidate’s location. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, with a CPA or graduate business degree preferred, and have at least seven years of experience, including managerial responsibility for multi‑team projects. Required experience includes manufacturing industry exposure, international FP&A work with multi‑currency forecasting and multi‑entity consolidation, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP BPC, Hyperion, or similar EPM tools. Strong communication, attention to detail, and self‑motivation are essential. • Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or graduate business degree preferred. • Minimum 7 years of experience, including managerial responsibility for multi‑team projects. • Manufacturing industry background with international FP&A experience (multi‑currency, multi‑entity). • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; familiarity with SAP BPC, Hyperion, or other EPM tools a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication; detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and effective both independently and in teams.
