About the Role
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for day‑to‑day coordination and supervision of warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient receipt, storage and distribution of materials. The role supports production by maintaining inventory accuracy, adhering to quality standards and driving continuous‑improvement initiatives, while leading a team of warehouse operatives and collaborating with Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics. Key duties include overseeing goods‑in, goods‑out, put‑away, picking, kitting and material issuance, performing regular cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies. The supervisor also ensures compliance with HSE regulations, ISO standards and internal safety and quality protocols, conducting safety audits and toolbox talks. The role utilizes ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or Oracle to track inventory and workflow, and identifies opportunities for process improvement, supporting Lean initiatives like 5S and waste elimination. Coordination tasks involve managing inbound shipments, liaising with suppliers, handling freight carriers and ensuring timely material availability for production. What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply‑chain operations within a manufacturing environment, with prior supervisory or team‑lead experience. A valid forklift certification, strong knowledge of warehouse processes, ERP systems, and excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills are essential.
