Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager/Senior Project Manager Civil/MEP/Fit out

About the Role

The role seeks a senior Civil & Interior Project professional to lead end‑to‑end planning, execution and delivery of high‑end finish projects, covering civil finishes, interior joinery, MEP coordination, cost and schedule control, vendor management and safety compliance. • Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, WBS and track milestones. • Conduct feasibility, site readiness assessments and develop method statements for civil and interior sequencing. • Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil finishes, ensuring alignment of design and shop drawings. • Oversee civil works execution including structural alterations, flooring, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, cladding and painting to IS codes and NBC India. • Supervise interior fit‑out delivery such as joinery, modular furniture, partitions, ceilings, wall treatments, veneers, laminates, stone, metal and soft finishes; manage sample approvals and snag close‑out. • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site workforce; resolve conflicts and run weekly progress reviews with clients, architects and consultants. • Enforce EHS and site safety standards, conduct risk assessments, tool‑box talks and ensure statutory approvals. • Maintain project documentation including daily logs, measurement books, RFI/RFP trackers, as‑built drawings and handover records. • Implement quality control plans, perform inspections, drive commissioning, snag rectification and defects liability follow‑up.

What You Bring

• Require B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or Diploma with strong experience) and at least 10 years of civil and interiors project experience in commercial office, retail, hospitality or high‑end residential sectors.
