About the Role
The role manages regional service‑center activities, including inventory and work‑order systems, transportation logistics for large maintenance projects, and support for regional site teams. It ensures accurate inventory counts, coordinates field maintenance, and provides backup support to management and operations. • Execute regional work order management and improve inventory/tool procedures. • Order, transport, and specify spare parts while planning logistics for regional inventory. • Coordinate outage planning, critical inventory, and notification activities through BSC supply. • Manage service center activities, including contractors and staff. • Provide backup support to management and operations teams. • Assist with land‑owner relations for the serviceable region.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a relevant degree or extensive power‑industry experience, be proficient with order‑management and inventory systems, possess strong Microsoft Office and communication skills, and be able to work independently in a fast‑changing environment. Preferred qualifications include an engineering or finance degree, maintenance or operations experience, wind/solar service‑center background, Six Sigma certification, and land‑owner lease contract management. • Bachelor’s degree + 3 years in power industry, or Associate’s degree + 5 years, or High School diploma + 10 years. • Experience with order‑management tools such as Maximo, Passport, Maintenance Connection, SAP. • Familiarity with warehouse/inventory systems. • Proficiency with PC/desktop and Microsoft Office. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. • Four‑year degree in engineering, finance, or project management (preferred). • Experience in maintenance and/or operations work management (preferred). • Prior wind or solar service‑center or regional management experience (preferred). • Six Sigma certification (preferred). • Experience managing land‑owner lease contracts (preferred).
