About the Role
Key responsibilities include integrating sensors and software, advising government on system and architecture improvements, managing sensor requirements and discrepancies, coordinating technical exchanges for Air Force equities, facilitating integration of emerging sensors and software, and ensuring robust enterprise networks for data dissemination. • Integrate sensors, systems, and software for Combatant Command and DoD organizations. • Advise government on system, software, and architecture changes to meet mission needs. • Guide sensor/requirements management and document discrepancies for effective integration. • Coordinate technical exchanges and system development meetings for Air Force equities. • Facilitate integration of emerging sensors and software into intelligence and DoD systems. • Manage enterprise networks to ensure effective data dissemination. • Advise senior leaders on process and system improvements.

What You Bring
Required qualifications are a Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI, SAP, and polygraph; at least 10 years of experience with multi‑source intelligence sensors and analytics; a bachelor’s degree or higher; a proven track record in managing complex programs; expertise in process and system improvement; knowledge of weapons, tactics, and intelligence operations; strong verbal and written communication skills; familiarity with intelligence data transfer and Microsoft Office tools; and an understanding of global military intelligence issues. • Hold Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI, SAP, and polygraph. • Possess 10+ years experience with multi‑source intelligence sensors and analytics. • Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Demonstrated program‑management success delivering complex projects. • Experience with weapons and tactics for intelligence mission systems. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Knowledge of Intelligence Community and DoD intelligence operations. • Experience with intelligence data transfer, storage, and access across DoD. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). • Understanding of global military intelligence issues. • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management (desired). • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (desired). • PMP certification or equivalent project‑management training (desired). • Leadership training (desired). • Travel 20‑50 % moderate.
