Multi-Skilled Engineer

About the Role

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems. • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services. • Ensure all work complies with Integral and Amazon’s safety procedures and policies. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the site’s CAFM system. • Liaise with site management and contractors to minimise disruption to operations. • Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks. • Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.

What You Bring

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at high‑profile sites. The successful candidate will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and contribute to smooth facility operation. The week will be shared across two sites. • Hold recognised qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). • Possess proven experience in a similar multiskilled maintenance role, ideally in a fast‑paced or critical environment. • Demonstrate strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills. • Understand health and safety regulations. • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
