About the Role
In this position you will work closely with Office Administrators, subject‑matter experts, and department leaders to ensure training aligns with current practices and business needs. You will also help maintain HR and accounting processes, respond to policy inquiries, and support departmental goal setting. • Deliver comprehensive training to Office Administrators on accounting, payroll, and HR policies and procedures. • Continuously improve teaching methods and training delivery. • Lead system‑based training for HRIS, accounting, LMS, and intranet tools, covering new features and enhancements. • Partner with HR, Accounting, and Operations experts to create up‑to‑date, role‑based training materials. • Develop supporting resources such as manuals, job aids, and checklists. • Tailor training programs to each office’s size, structure, and responsibilities. • Answer employee inquiries about company policies, procedures, and programs. • Assist with administration of HR and accounting processes for personnel. • Propose new policies and procedures to boost departmental efficiency. • Contribute to setting departmental goals, objectives, and systems. • Provide backup support for HR, Accounting, and Payroll duties when local Office Administrators are absent.

What You Bring
As a Human Resources Administrator Trainer Coordinator at ECS, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s success by delivering training and administrative support. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, organized, and dependable, with the ability to see the big picture and pursue career growth within the company. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, three years of relevant ECS experience, and hold (or be able to obtain within six months) a SHRM‑CP or PHR credential. Strong interpersonal, conflict‑resolution, and coaching abilities, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS and accounting systems, are essential. • High School diploma or GED (required). • Minimum 3 years of ECS‑related experience. • SHRM‑CP or PHR certification (or obtain within six months of hire). • In‑depth knowledge of ECS administrative policies and procedures. • Strong interpersonal, conflict‑resolution, and coaching skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with accounting and HRIS systems.
