About the Role
In this position you will direct both field and office teams, enforce top‑tier quality control, and cultivate strong client partnerships that leave a lasting impact. You will work alongside multidisciplinary professionals on transformative land‑development and infrastructure initiatives throughout the region. The ideal leader is passionate about precision, collaboration, and innovation in a fast‑paced environment. • Communicate with internal and external clients. • Prepare project proposals and manage invoicing. • Oversee field and office teams, including surveyors, CAD technicians, and crews. • Drive new business development across land survey and measurement services such as 3D laser scanning, mobile LiDAR, rail surveying, GPS, and conventional surveys.

What You Bring
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead high‑impact projects that shape communities across New Jersey. The role involves overseeing survey projects from proposal through completion while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client success. Candidates can be based in any of the firm’s New Jersey offices, including Holmdel, Woodcliff Lake, Mt. Laurel, Hamilton, Mt. Arlington, Egg Harbor, or Clinton. • Ten or more years of comprehensive field survey experience and deep engineering/construction knowledge. • Professional Land Surveyor license required. • Strong background in conventional surveying and remote sensing technologies; proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Trimble/Leica equipment. • Experience with property line/ROW work; NYC public agency experience a plus. • Familiarity with 3D scanning technologies is a plus. • Ability to generate revenue from existing clients and develop new business. • Valid driver’s license and proficient English communication skills.
