About the Role

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities throughout project phases. • Assist the Project Manager in creating and updating the project schedule. • Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews. • Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and prepare contract exhibits. • Collaborate with safety personnel to create and implement project safety plans and incident reporting. • Prepare monthly project review reports for senior management. • Conduct monthly financial reviews and project close‑out procedures. • Manage RFI submittals using the document management system. • Provide quality feedback on technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables. • Procure purchase orders and subcontract packages. • Monitor progress of design, procurement, and construction. • Facilitate project close‑out, warranty administration, and post‑construction cost reporting. • Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and procedures.

What You Bring

The position requires travel up to 50% of the time, or as project needs dictate. Travel may be required to project sites and client locations, with up to half of the work time spent on the road. • Work well independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem evaluation and solving skills. • Understand the project design process. • Understand integrated EPC processes. • Understand construction means and methods. • Interact effectively and professionally with team members. • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). • Strong organizational and time‑management skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, and project management software and processes.
