Senior Project Manager FF&E

About the Role

This role supports a large luxury-use development in Riyadh, KSA, where Mace is providing project-management consultancy services. Based in Diriyah, the position coordinates all stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of client-supplied FF&E and artwork, managing large volumes of products and multiple responsible teams. The role leads project delivery from inception to completion, overseeing scope, milestones, budgets, risks and quality while championing safety, wellbeing and inclusive behaviours. It also drives innovation, digital solutions, and responsible business priorities, and ensures effective handover and stakeholder communication. • Lead end-to-end project delivery, controlling scope, milestones and outcomes. • Champion safety, wellbeing and inclusive behaviours across all teams. • Procure and manage consultants, contractors and partners to achieve objectives. • Oversee budgets, risks and schedules to ensure sustainable delivery. • Maintain quality systems, service excellence and standards compliance. • Drive innovation and digital solutions while supporting responsible business priorities. • Provide subject-matter expertise, share knowledge and apply Mace best practices. • Ensure effective handover, documentation and stakeholder communication.
