Part Time Merchandiser

About the Role

The Retail Merchandiser plays a key role in brand partnership by helping retail customers manage and display their products. Responsibilities include implementing plan‑ograms, stocking displays or shelves, completing surveys and audits, assisting with store remodels, and tagging products with security materials. Merchandisers service multiple locations within a predetermined territory and report directly to a District Manager while working independently on‑site.

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment depending on projects in your area. • Strong communication skills required. • Independent thinker, problem solver and decision maker. • Smart phone technology knowledge highly preferred. • Ability to work remotely and on a timely basis when accepting, scheduling, and reporting on store visits along with work hours, photos and travel expenses. • Ability to effectively manage your time. • Highly ethical in all work practices. • Must be self‑motivated and highly organized. • Must be 18 years or older. • Able to meet the physical demands of the job. • Reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking. • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Benefits

Merchandiser – flexible, part‑time position starting immediately with an hourly wage of $17.25. The role is hourly, variable hours and non‑exempt. Full‑time employees averaging at least 30 hours per week are eligible for affordable medical insurance during the first 12 months. After 12 months, employees may qualify for a 401(k) with employer match after completing 1,000 hours, or a 401(k) without match after two years of at least 500 hours each year.
