About the Role
Each day you will operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders at one of WM’s recycling facilities that serve over 20 million customers nationwide. Your work is vital to moving and positioning raw materials and finished components, ensuring efficient plant operations. The role demands adherence to strict safety procedures and contributes directly to the company’s environmental mission. Operators are recognized for their impact on overall site productivity. • Operate heavy equipment following safety policies and procedures • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance, keeping records • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment • Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles • Takes accountability for safety guidelines • Occasionally lifts objects under 30 lb

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years of experience operating heavy equipment and be 18 years of age or older.
