About the Role

Each day you will operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders at one of WM’s recycling facilities that serve over 20 million customers nationwide. Your work is vital to moving and positioning raw materials and finished components, ensuring efficient plant operations. The role demands adherence to strict safety procedures and contributes directly to the company’s environmental mission. What You Bring
