About the Role

The Capital Markets Senior Financial Analyst will provide dedicated support to a leading broker team in Fort Lauderdale within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Equity Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) group, representing owners of major property types primarily in Florida and the Southeast U.S. The analyst will engage in all phases of the financing process, from financial analysis and valuations to preparing proposals, marketing materials, and debt models, while also collaborating with the South Florida Commercial Investment Sales team and other internal groups such as research, leasing, and property management. This office‑based role may require travel and occasional work outside normal hours to meet project deadlines, and it is ideal for candidates eager to grow in commercial real estate, with strong analytical, writing, and time‑management skills. Key responsibilities include preparing debt and equity offering memoranda, managing graphic design elements, and creating tables, charts, and technical summaries. The analyst will perform debt sizing, build financial models in Excel and Argus, collect and evaluate due‑diligence materials, and produce pro forma statements that reflect historical cash flow and market conditions. Additional duties involve researching market feasibility, reviewing leases and loan documents for inconsistencies, generating weekly reports for senior brokers, summarizing lender and investor bids, maintaining contact lists, responding to lender inquiries, and assisting brokers in closing transactions. • Prepare professionally written debt and equity offering memoranda with financial projections and market analysis. • Manage graphic design for memoranda, creating tables, graphs, and charts. • Conduct debt sizing to identify financing options for each deal. • Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel and Argus. • Collect, evaluate, and organize due‑diligence documentation from clients. • Develop pro forma statements reflecting historical cash flow and market forecasts. • Research and analyze market feasibility to craft asset narratives. • Review leases, operating statements, rent rolls, and loan documents for inconsistencies. • Generate weekly status reports and update senior brokers on marketing programs. • Summarize lender and investor bids in detailed quote matrices. • Maintain and update lists of potential lenders, investors, and contacts. • Assist in transaction closings by coordinating checklists and facilitating lender/client interactions.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or a related field (a Master’s or MBA is a plus), with 1‑5 years of commercial real‑estate financial analysis or finance experience. Benefits
