About the Role
The role involves safely operating a ready‑mix truck to deliver concrete products to customers, performing pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, and communicating effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries. The driver must maintain accurate delivery records and logs while adhering to all safety and environmental regulations. The work environment involves operating in settings with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Operate ready‑mix trucks safely to deliver concrete to customers. • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections. • Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on‑time deliveries. • Maintain accurate delivery records and logs. • Follow all safety and environmental regulations. • Provide good customer service and communication.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record, possess strong safety‑focused driving skills, and be able to work independently while managing time effectively. Good communication and customer service skills, physical capability for job demands, and flexibility to work in various weather conditions are also required. Successful candidates must submit to a post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check. Some positions may require ongoing FMCSA‑regulated drug and alcohol testing. • Hold a valid CDL with a clean driving record. • Demonstrate strong, safety‑focused driving skills. • Work independently and manage time effectively. • Meet physical demands and adapt to varying weather conditions. • Undergo pre‑employment physical, drug/alcohol screening and background check. • Accept potential ongoing FMCSA‑mandated drug/alcohol testing.

Benefits
