About the Role
The Talent Acquisition team at CoStar is focused on attracting, retaining, and developing diverse talent that aligns with the company’s business objectives. As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you will work from the Richmond, VA office, Monday through Friday, and serve as the primary contact for hiring managers while partnering with HR Business Partners. The role involves full‑life‑cycle recruiting across multiple levels and locations, with a strong emphasis on building pipelines for future hiring needs. In this position you will oversee the end‑to‑end recruiting process for several requisitions, primarily hiring Account Executives for the sales team. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, assess candidate qualifications, and manage offer presentations and negotiations. The recruiter must be results‑driven, inquisitive, and skilled at building relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. • Oversee full‑life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions, primarily Account Executives on the sales team. • Build and manage candidate pipelines; develop sourcing strategies; assess qualifications; present and close candidates. • Drive results with a sales‑oriented mindset; build strong relationships with clients and candidates. • Leverage market knowledge to align talent acquisition with business strategy and grow talent networks. • Manage requisitions across multiple disciplines and collaborate proactively with hiring managers.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and have at least four years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment, including hiring sales professionals. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, work proactively with hiring managers, and use tools such as Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various social recruiting platforms is required. Preferred qualifications include senior‑level corporate recruiting, experience with Workday, and professional certifications such as PHR. • Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and demonstrate passion for the company and recruiting craft. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Minimum 4 years full‑life cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings. • Proven experience hiring sales professionals or account executives. • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (Eightfold), LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, job boards, and cold‑calling sourcing techniques. • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law compliance. • Preferred: corporate senior‑level recruiting, multiple search/project management, Workday experience, PHR or similar certification.
