Job Highlights
About the Role
• Prepare and generate contracts and related closing documents accurately and timely • Verify data entry through company software and review documents • Process payments for transactions such as Japan Notary Fee, ADP, Maintenance Fee, Interest Due, and Wire Transfers, ensuring correct project allocation • Handle rescission or cancellation requests as needed • Obtain credit card authorizations and retrieve credit reports for sales when applicable • Generate closing reports and financial closing sheets as required • Develop contract knowledge for all contract‑type transactions • Complete daily prescribed activities according to opening and closing checklists • Provide proactive assistance to the contract department and team members • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to acquire necessary documentation for timely contract file completion • Review signed client files for accuracy with underwriting guidelines and title requirements • Verify worksheet information is accurate for contract processing • Supervise and coordinate timely business closings within 60 days and monitor the suspense aging report from Cognos • Complete required site end‑of‑day processes • Execute reasonable management requests and run supporting reports for sales contracts

What You Bring
• Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma/GED, at least 1 year of administrative/clerical experience, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, ability to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays, strong attention to detail, multitasking, fast‑paced environment adaptability, high professionalism and integrity, strong customer service skills, positive demeanor • Preferred qualifications: BA/BS or Bachelor’s degree, timeshare/vacation ownership experience, contract preparation skills, familiarity with mortgage loan documentation, credit review and deeding, experience with Chorus and Voice systems
