About the Role
New analysts will regularly operate technical software to produce and quality-check deliverables, while contributing to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis across a variety of project sizes. They will also tackle complex problems, support project managers, and work collaboratively across disciplines to realize clients' visions for the built environment. • Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and GIS to produce and QC deliverables. • Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis for diverse projects. • Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines. • Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.

The salary range is $83,000 to $86,000. • Hold an ABET-accredited B.S. or M.S. in civil/environmental, mechanical, electrical, biological, biosystems, chemical, agricultural engineering, or engineering technology by Summer 2026.
