About the Role

The role is responsible for executing reactor turbine generator project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities across Constellation Clean Energy Centers. It standardizes outage processes, reinforces expectations for Outage Services personnel, and promotes an error‑free, professional work environment. • Develop detailed project plans, assign personnel, and define work scope, schedule, and budget using life‑cycle cost management. • Execute refueling outage services at assigned Clean Energy Centers, serving as primary liaison with CEC management and major vendors. • Direct project close‑out, ensuring completion of financial and technical documentation and promoting fiscal accountability. • Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and encourage participation across project teams. • Communicate technical, financial, and progress updates to corporate and CEC leadership. • Coach, mentor, and manage performance of managers and employees within the assigned area.

What You Bring

Candidates must have significant power‑generation experience—such as a bachelor’s degree with eight years, an associate’s degree with ten years, or a high‑school diploma with twelve years—and demonstrated leadership in at least three refueling outages. They must also meet access and medical requirements, with managerial, turbine/generator, and strong communication skills considered advantageous. • Minimum qualifications: bachelor's degree + 8 years power‑generation experience (or associate + 10 years, or high school diploma + 12 years) and leadership in at least three refueling outages. • Must meet access and medical requirements for the position. • Preferred qualifications: managerial experience in strategic planning and budget management, turbine/generator expertise, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
