The role involves operating crush plants, wash plants, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include routine maintenance and inspections, adhering to safety protocols, assisting with loading and unloading materials, and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors. • Operate crush and wash plants and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery. • Follow all safety protocols and procedures. • Load and unload materials as needed. • Work in environments with moving equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and high noise levels.

What You Bring
Candidates must demonstrate proven ability to operate heavy machinery, a strong understanding of safety regulations, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. They should be capable of performing routine equipment maintenance and be flexible to work in various weather conditions and varying shifts, including weekends and overnight. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a post‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check; some positions also require ongoing FMCSA‑regulated testing. The work environment includes moving mechanical equipment and exposure to inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. Benefits
