About the Role
• Execute and enhance Gensler’s global compliance and ethics program • Advise on compliance risks in new, developing, and high‑risk markets • Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and track action plans • Support market‑specific risk reviews for emerging geographies • Develop and deliver ethics training, communications, and educational materials • Draft and update firm policies, procedures, and internal controls • Guide teams on data privacy and third‑party due diligence • Conduct internal investigations related to ethics or regulatory issues • Maintain compliance records and report to senior leadership and the Board

What You Bring
• Hold active bar admission in any U.S. state • Minimum 5 years experience in ethics, compliance, or investigations • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management practices • Exceptional communication skills with colleagues and senior leaders • Experience with data privacy and/or anti‑bribery/anti‑corruption frameworks • Willingness to travel to Gensler offices
