About the Role

In this role, under the guidance of a licensed architect, you will transform concepts into detailed architectural and interior design documentation for large‑scale conventional and design‑build transportation projects. The position involves moderately complex assignments with minimal direction, and occasionally more challenging tasks typically handled by senior staff. • Produce Revit models, renderings, layouts, study models, and construction documents per standards and client requirements. • Ensure code compliance by using technical manuals and performing dimensional calculations. • Coordinate with engineering and construction teams on site and prepare detailed design and construction drawings and specifications. • Conduct architectural studies, develop design concepts, criteria, and reports for review by a licensed architect. • Provide technical guidance to junior Architectural Designers/Drafters on project tasks.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design (or equivalent) and bring eight or more years of relevant experience. Strong technical skills in design software, including BIM and Revit, and a solid understanding of architectural and interior design standards are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design (or equivalent) and typically 8+ years of relevant experience. • Demonstrated proficiency with BIM, Revit, CAD, sketching, rendering, model building, and presentation drawings.
