About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to 50 % of the shift walking in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds and curb appeal clear of debris. Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required to travel between work locations, with mileage reimbursement provided. • Hold a valid driver’s license and use a personal vehicle for site travel (mileage reimbursed).
