About the Role
The Project Manager reports to the Project Director and is responsible for delivering one or more project sites. The role requires coordination with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure alignment with project objectives. Key responsibilities include managing and overseeing the execution of landscaping construction contracts, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, and monitoring project progress against approved schedules and milestones. The manager must present progress reports, dashboards, and updates to PMC management and the client, and coordinate contract administration with the assigned Engineer. Ensuring quality standards, enforcing health and safety compliance, identifying risks early, managing change processes, and analyzing contractor extension of time claims are also essential duties. The role also involves integrating authority handover requirements, overseeing permitting, NOCs, and material approvals, and developing a high‑performing team focused on quality, safety, cost, and schedule improvements. • Manage and oversee execution of landscaping construction contracts to meet project objectives. • Maintain clear communication with contractors, consultants, and client representatives. • Monitor and report project progress against schedules and milestones. • Present progress reports and dashboards to PMC management and the client. • Coordinate contract administration with the assigned Engineer per contract terms. • Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met for all works. • Enforce health and safety compliance throughout the project. • Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies. • Manage change processes with proper documentation and approvals. • Analyze contractor extension of time (EOT) claims. • Integrate authority handover requirements into project planning. • Oversee permitting, NOCs, and material approvals in line with local regulations. • Build and lead a high‑performing team focused on quality, safety, cost, and schedule improvements.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BSc in engineering, architecture or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years overall experience and at least 5 years in a similar role within the Middle East. Required experience includes managing facilities design or coordinating capital projects covering design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling. Knowledge of civil infrastructure operations such as roads, bridges, and utilities, as well as strong report writing, communication, and MS Office skills, is required. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is advantageous. Core competencies include leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, commercial awareness, customer focus, planning and organizing, responsibility, and HSE awareness.
