About the Role
A Laborer must support the Mason Journeyman with brick, block, or stone to complete custom work on distinctive projects. The Laborer is required to work safely, maintain quality, and meet productivity specifications as directed by the foreman or superintendent. • Prepare surfaces for laying brick, block, or stone. • Prepare and mix mortar for application. • Clean, organize, and maintain tools and equipment on job sites. • Stock materials for masons. • Participate in daily huddles and prioritize safety.
