About the Role
The Lead Campaign Marketing Manager will own the strategy, planning, and execution of multi‑channel B2B campaigns that drive inbound demand, upgrades, and cross‑sell revenue across the Apartments.com lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing for B2B, the role works cross‑functionally with creative, analytics, legal, and vendor teams to deliver consistent, results‑focused messaging. • Lead strategy, calendar, and execution of brand and Mid Market campaigns • Coordinate national digital, print, email, and direct‑mail campaigns across functions • Collaborate with internal and external creative resources to design tactics • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels • Identify target audiences and refine lists with the analytics team • Work with direct‑mail vendor and internal email/digital teams to deliver tactics • Monitor competitor activity and messaging to uncover opportunities • Translate market and customer research into campaign insights • Partner with legal counsel to review and edit campaign content • Track results to identify best practices and improve ROI • Report progress and outcomes to sales, product, and marketing leadership • Maintain project timelines and budgets

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field • 10+ years of experience in business or marketing communications • Proven B2B marketing experience • Ability to lead and manage multiple lifecycle marketing campaigns • Experience converting strategy into creative execution • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud • MBA preferred • Knowledge or experience in the multifamily industry • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) • Strong business acumen and communication skills • Proven track record developing and launching cross‑functional initiatives • Excellent project management with ability to meet aggressive deadlines • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
