About the Role

The role involves site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial land‑development designs. Responsibilities include research, coordination, cost estimating, permitting, preparing bid packages and technical specifications, and monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules while working closely with internal teams, jurisdictions, and contractors. • Conduct site civil engineering and manage land‑development projects for residential and commercial applications. • Perform research, cost estimating, and develop bid packages and technical specifications. • Coordinate permitting processes for land disturbance and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, providing regular status updates. • Lead collaboration with multidisciplinary engineers, designers, contractors, and external agencies. • Apply hydrology, storm‑drainage, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D software to produce design and analysis deliverables. • Create construction document sets, including utility layouts, site grading, drainage, and due‑diligence reports. • Manage client interactions, attend meetings, and uphold quality standards throughout project delivery. • Utilize flexible time‑off policies, floating holidays, and half‑day Fridays. • Participate in financial wellness programs such as student‑loan matching and performance‑based bonuses.

They must be proficient with site civil design, permitting, hydrology and storm‑drainage modeling, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, and have experience in concept design, task management, client coordination, and producing construction documents covering utilities, layout, drainage, due diligence, and permitting. • Hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or secure eligibility within 12 months.
